Suzie is Vice President of People & Operations leader at Sandbox. She oversees hiring, development, and retention. As an HR leader, Suzie weaves together a data-driven approach to business with deep intuition about people and culture. She is passionate about building diverse teams, empowering them to achieve their full potential, and aligning them to the most impactful technical challenges of our times.
Prior to joining SB Technology, she was SVP of People Operations at Primer AI, leading the company through COVID-19 and a $100M Series C fundraiser. During her tenure, Primer grew from 80 to 200 people, and employee net promoter score increased by 57 points. Before Primer, she was a Director at Alphabet and spent 15 years leading teams in HR, Marketing, and Customer Success in the US, EMEA, and APAC. In her last role at Alphabet, she was responsible for improving the capability and performance of Google’s 18,000+ people managers. She also served as a faculty member at the Google School for Leaders.
Suzie received her Master of Science in European Economic and Public Policy at University College Dublin and her Bachelor of Communications at Boston University. She is a Coactive coach, completing training through the Coaches Training Institute.
